Caroline loves where she lives, on the western edge of Dartmoor in a pretty, characterful market town steeped in history, not far from the Devon and Cornwall border of the river Tamar.

She recognises the benefits of visiting new places for holidays, which can spark inspiration. Once Coronavirus is under control, and it’s safe to travel again, she hopes to visit some new exotic and interesting locations, and get some dreams ticked off her bucket list to fire her creativity, and achieve some goals.

She went to the University of Plymouth, part time as a mature student, whilst teaching in adult education. Initially she studied for a Cert Ed, but stayed on finally graduating with a BA (Hons) and an MA (Post Compulsory Education). The university experience nurtured the constructive writing habit facilitating turning a lifelong dream into a goal.

Besides writing, she enjoys a wide range of creative hobbies – arts and crafts. Most of all, she loves spending as much time as possible with her family and little grandsons.
