A Charming Bequest

As we’re still not returning to anything remotely resembling ‘normal’ life for many months yet – well into 2021 – until Covid-19 is under control, with a vaccine widely available, I hear that many people with more time on their hands are rediscovering the joy of reading.

Coincidentally, I’m working at achieving a long held dream of publishing a novel. It will be coming soon – in both paperback and ebook versions, so watch this space and please come back for details.

In the meantime, here’s the back cover blurb:

Sophie is single, in her early twenties, recently graduated, and working as a freelance writer.

Her Uncle Charlie gives her a charm bracelet, which had belonged to his sister, Sally, telling Sophie that each charm signifies a special event in Sally’s life. Humouring her uncle at first, Sophie begins researching the story of her great aunt’s life with the help of her guiding spirits who accompany her.

Sophie discovers a fascinating story of love, loss, bravery, and passion. She learns her true family history and, on her journey, she meets and falls in love with Philippe who encourages her on her path towards their future happiness.
